Who do I call about health problems?
I stayed in an apartment at Butlins Minehead filthy gold! My bed had no children was changed after the previous tenants had not been contaminated plaster the floor of the bedroom! The place had not been washed or wiped, had all the garbage parts, bathroom all night, the Coffee left a puddle of water, boil every time there was a leak! and I had to leave before the end of the festival cos I could not take more! And my 8 year old son, described the bed as a ramp difficult and uneven! I do not know where to go about this, can someone help if please? Sorry, I forgot to say, Butlins offered me a ticket to go back, but it made me so bad and boring the first time I could not put my family through this again. I would therefore providing health care and safety. I left early, I certainly do not want to go again ....
